Wowbrands is a digital marketing agency based in Columbus, Ohio. I have been a part of the Wowbrands graphic design team since 2019. We specialize in marketing and technology solutions for the home-goods industry. On occasion we get opportunities to take on smaller website projects. Wowbrands was approached by Dr. Ryan Teknipp in 2023 for a website redesign. Dr. Ryan owns Vine PT, a physical therapy clinic specializing in individualized treatment plans that help patients get back to doing the things they love. Dr. Ryan’s business had grown significantly over the years and he was in need of an updated use experience for new and returning patients.

VINE PT SITE AUDIT
Dr. Ryan came to Wowbrands in need of a better online experience for new and returning patients. The current website included a ton of essential info about Vine PT and their services but lacked an organized presentation. We defined a higher performing website in this case as a site with increased rates of contact forms submitted from new patients.
An initial sitemap helped to visualize the variety of services offered at Vine PT and how they might be organized into two distinct categories: Wellness services and Performance Physical Therapy. Using the sitemap, a series of wireframes and templates were created to map out a user’s experience on the site.
The final product was an updated website focused on funneling users from the homepage to the appropriate service page to Dr. Ryan’s scheduling software or a contact form.
